Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco (born Angela Maria Ani DiFranco) is a American as well as a Canadian musician and singer. There are more than 20 albums that were released by her. DiFranco's music has been classified as folk-rock and alternative rock but also has elements of punk, funk, hip music and jazz. Ani Difranco is widely considered to be a symbol of music that is feminist. In the year 1990, she was among the first to establish her own independent record label. DiFranco was born in Buffalo New York on September 23rd of 1970, she was the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross) and Dante Americo DiFranco, who had made acquaintance while studying at in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her father was Italian origin as was her mother from Montreal. 32 Flavors was a track written that was performed and written by Ani DiFranco. This song appears on her sixth studio album Not a Pretty Girl released in 1995. A variation of the track is included on the film soundtrack for 1999's Canadian love story Better Than Chocolate. DiFranco apologized to host a seminar in Louisiana on an old plantation for slaves. The workshop was cancelled, however many (including this paper) did not show any remorse.
